Grand Hotel Blackpool

I was impressed with the personalized service, as I had booked a suite which was under refurbishment, the hotel staff arranged two deluxe rooms for us. The rooms were spacious, chic, well-maintained, and offered a splendid view of the city. Added bonus: complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries and wine. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean pool and leisure facilities. Lovely breakfast with a variety of options. Comfortable bed and pillows. Modern amenities.

No reason to complain, I had a very good stay and would love to go back. The bed was comfy, the room was fabulous and immaculate with a sea view. Magnificent and favourable location near Gynn Square.

Great modern property, immaculately clean, terrific service and good value. Marvellous full English breakfast - fabulous toast, porridge, pastries, yoghourt and fruit.

We loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were clean and functional, with a spacious bar and lounge area, and a fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of options. We appreciated the cheap parking and great location, with easy access to the nearest tram stop and other attractions like the zoo and the tower.

Can honestly say we couldn't find any faults with our stay.

Well-equipped & brand-new unit with a sofa bed, an excellent view of the Irish Sea and the bedside tables.

The accommodation was impressive, pool was good, beds were big. The location was marvellous, minutes away from Gynn Square.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is right next to a tramstop and within walking distance of the city centre. It's also easy to travel around on the tram to the main attractions.

The standard of the hotel is disappointing as the cleanliness is below par. The rooms are unacceptably dirty and not well-maintained.

Pretty standard and impeccably clean hotel with exceptional view of the sea. Extremely pleasant units and absolutely courteous staff.

Nice services & good value. Really friendly staff, tidy rooms, pleasant location near the centre. An exceptional breakfast, variety of meals. North Shore district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. Great pool to relax in too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with its location - it's well-placed next to a tramline for access further down the promenade, but still perfectly situated for the tower. Despite being in a quieter area, it's conveniently close to a tram stop. The room itself was fantastic, with a lot of amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel staff were amazing, providing great customer service and offering a welcome drink on arrival. The restaurant staff in particular were excellent, providing not only delicious food but also friendly service. I would definitely consider staying here again!

This place was a great stay.

Breakfast was very tasty, absolutely gorgeous views, absolutely perfect location so close to the promenade, Close to beachfront, town centre shop nearby. Well heated unit with a great decor.

I enjoyed the brilliant staff and the savoury food. The room was exceptional, huge, nice bathroom. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a downtown area, next to promenade, tram and tram line for access further down promenade.

The bed was perfect for my dodgy back and the room had a cozy feel. The radiator was easy to use. The parking was secure and well-maintained. The housekeeping manager was efficient and polite. There were ample lifts, so no waiting or overcrowding.

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints whatsoever.

Had a sea view from the room, which was nice. the location of the hotel was convenient, only a 10-minute walk to the main attractions. the bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The room did not meet expectations, as it did not match the photos on the website. It was disappointing to pay a high price for a room that was not up to standard.
